		<description>I maintain a site with a huge SQL database as its backbone, and was experiencing an extreme slowdown.  After connecting to the server and finding nothing alarming, I took a look at the SQL tables and noticed they had not been optimized in a very long time, and that they only had one index on a field that was not used to select items.  I added a couple index and optimized the table, and my load times went down by well over 50%.</description>
